Sunbutter & Jelly Yogurt Breakfast Bowl (Gluten & Dairy Free)

As much as I love smoothie bowls, today I wanted to do something a little different. Adding a little raspberry puree and sunflower seed butter to yogurt makes for a quick and yummy breakfast.  Sunflower seed butter makes the perfect replacement for peanut butter, but if you can have nuts you could easily use a nut butter for this recipe. Top with some chia seeds and berries for some extra yumminess.

Sunbutter & Jelly Yogurt Breakfast Bowl (Gluten & Dairy Free) Serves 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt (I used coconut)
2 tbsp sunbutter (Sunbutter brand is gluten and allergy free)
2 tbsp raspberry jam or pureed raspberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 tsp chia seeds

Directions
1. Add yogurt to a bowl and drizzle sunbutter and raspberry puree. 
2. Top with fresh berries and chai seeds (optional) 
3. ENJOY!
