No Bake Raspberry Cake Energy Bites (gluten free, grain free, allergy free)

With Valentine's Day coming up I thought this would be the perfect time to share these Raspberry cake bites! They're yummy, moist and bonus they take 5 minutes and they're no bake.

Coconut Raspberry Cake Energy Bites 

Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberry jam (seedless) 
3/4 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
coconut flour for rolling

Directions
1. Add raspberry jam, coconut flour, maple syrup into a food processor and mix until well combined. 
2. Use a tablespoon or just pick out even amounts of the dough with your hands and roll the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in the balls in coconut flour. Eat right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge. "
Side note~ If the coconut flour isn't absorbing enough then try adding more at about a tbsp at the time.
