Feeling sick, sluggish, unhappy and stuck can be reversed with the right mindset and lifestyle changes. When you're sick, the mountain to climb to feel better can seem impossible. That's where I come in! I'm here to guide, inspire and help you up that mountain step by step.
I'm going to share my story in a timeline because it's pretty long! So starting from the beginning:
2006- When I was 15 is when I started to get my celiac disease symptoms after a really bad case of food poisoning on a vacation down Tampa Bay (Apparently eating a hot dog triple overtime is a bad idea haha).
2012- In the years prior my health continued to decline, I lost weight, I suffered from severe fatigue, anemia, nausea, vomiting, bloating, fainting spells, joint pain and hair loss. After my health had declined enough I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease.
2014- My health improved on a gluten free diet, but my diet of gluten free processed cookies, pizzas and cakes didn't help my health. I continued to suffer with many of the same symptoms. After a bad viral infection I got reactive arthritis and viral encephalitis. This caused permanent brain damage and nerve damage down the right side of my body. That's when I knew enough was enough! I knew I needed to get healthy. I discovered first hand how giving your body the positive thoughts and nourishment it needs can transform your life.
2016- Graduated with my holistic nutrition diploma and started my website! Now I help others with poor health and chronic issues. Whether you have poor digestion or a full blown chronic illness, I help you manage your condition and thrive in your life.
